Earlier today I justified my choice of music that I felt represented the game’s ‘feel’.
This is what I said:
“As I heard the song ‘Success with Baboon’ I had a vision. This vision became, for me, the intro sequence of the game and it was similar to this; Monsieur Singe, our protagonist, is awakened by murmurs. This week we began working on our pitch for the five week project. We are now closing in on the final week. Lisa from our group was working on the design through Powerpoint while the rest of us focused on the text and images for the pitch.

During class this week we were given the assignment to create a 3D mesh on top of a facial scan, the idea was to use a scan of our own faces. Why Are Developers Suffering?
EDIT 1:You know when you write a rant, explaining everything that’s wrong with the world and forget the fucking question you tried to answer?
This is the only thing I kept.
”Are we suffering because everybody else is ? Are we meant to work ourselves to death so our children can run amok with the money we left behind ?”

Game Connection & Paris
I just came back from Game Connection in Paris yesterday and it has been quite the experience. I was primarily there to pitch Braindusts new game BlastCat to publishers and I must say it went quite well. Had a lot of good meetings (both planned and spontaneous) and have a lot of promising contacts to follow up on, these are interesting times indeed.

Game Connection & Paris

3D Week 09 – Assignment 3: part 4
Hello!
This is the final update on the final assignment of the 3D1 course. I’m really pleased with how it turned out, and by comparing this with my first assignment (the sci-fi crate) I can tell that I have really learnt a few tricks. The modelling is so much faster and the final mesh is much more optimized. The texture is more appealing (and more fun to create) as it is hand drawn instead of using photos from the internet.
