Hi there Daniel.
Your blog post was informative, concrete and structured in a way which was easy to read and to understand. You describe which parts of scrum that has been of use to you and your team mates, how it has been applied/carried out by the group and why you used the template when working with the current project.
I particularly enjoy the part when you talk about the milestones present in the schedule regarding the game development process. The usage […]

The author describes in what way scrum has helped his group in making their game development cycle more efficient. He also touches on the fact that there are aspects of scrum, namely the requirement of filling in the number of hours you expect your task to take, which he doesn’t feel useful as we are still very new to game making and don’t have much experience when it comes to guessing that kind of […]

Hello Erik,
This blog post is a very good and well-written blog post indeed. You thoroughly and succinctly defined scrum and its key points.
You also described how scrum affects your group, focusing on the benefits. However, you also discuss the negatives of scrum being implemented in game development team as small as your own.
The post is quite clear, leaving no part of the post open for questions as to missing information. Of course, the reader could develop questions based on going […]

Hello Krzesimir,
This is a well-written post which also makes the topic at hand interesting to read about. It sounds like you and your team have found a good system for your work, especially in regards to your size. The success in the logistical work involved in constructing this system would presumably be of your responsibility as producer and scrum master, as well as your education in the project management minor, which reflects quite well on you and your quality of […]

Your blog post gives the reader a good over view of how to work whit scrum and what it is. But you could have introduced yourself more in the beginning of the post because the reader maybe doesn’t know who you or what scrum is.
You write that you have used Scrum for a few weeks but not much more about […]

My comment:
You do a very good job at explaining what scrum is and why it is used. You go into some very useful details about the scrum document and explain how it is divided and what each section is used for and why it is useful to the team members, and I like how you describe the different stages of a sprint. But seeing as how you go so much into explaining scrum, I would have […]

A good blogpost with clear enough information to understand what you wanted to show, however there are some things that made me read some of the paragraphs more than once to understand the context.
You explain almost everything you write, as the reader would be a non-gamer in the terms of how you talk about scrum and the Alpha-Presenatation. On one hand this can be helpful if the intended reader is one with little to no experience within the gaming industry […]

I think it is explained to a highly comprehensive degree that the blogger has been working on the soundtrack of the game. The reasonings behind what and how is well-communicated, however there isn’t much reasoning behind the why of the picked artifact. The blog carries value, as it tells and demonstrates (with the soundtrack connected to it) the atmosphere of the game and describes two different zones planned for the game, a safe zone and a supposedly dangerous zone. There […]

”Wasup Tashie! Fredrik here,
Your post was very interesting and I could really relate the what you said about how it’s easy to get distracted as a programmer and never completely finishing assets. I am however a bit jealous of having an excellent memory to offset that. That would be so nice to have but sadly it’s not the case for poor old me.
I’m not sure that groups normally should have two Project Managers, but that might just have […]

Hi David! Great post, you dive right into the positive things that scum has provided for you and your group. The post answers the what, how and why with straight to the point information. You explain very well that you guys had problem with scrum and that it has to do with the execution of the group and the lack of experience that you guys have with Scrum. I really like how your group manage to resolve this problem by […]

Hi!
First of all, I must say that it was a good reading and I can really see that you done your homework when it comes to SCRUM. I think that you made a great design decision and that it is nice to see that you been really concerned about all the risk that comes within game development. As you have said it is hard to predict all of potential issues, but I think you have shown a good understanding of […]

Hi Teodor!
Thank you for an interesting post.
As a game designer to be, I especially enjoyed reading your reasoning about user stories and how you have changed your way of thinking about them. You write in a way that makes it easy to follow both what you are writing about and why.
In your post, you describe that you, in the beginning, could not really see the point of using user stories for the sprint planning since you had the concept document […]
