Big Game Project: Eight week
I thought I didn’t have so much to do as from the previous week I finished Everything but I did get some more tasks assigned to me, it was not a problem as there was not much of them. They were easily done and easily implemented.

Final week
So, after having spent all weekend in the office, and the monday at home with stomach pains, we’re now on the final day of the final week.
In the last few days I’ve been working on solving some bugs, implementing the camouflage covers, redoing the vision cones (again) so that they are more intelligent, and a few related issues.

Slightly Coded – Potbellied King – Dev. Post 8
Appearently blogging is something I need to get better at. So.. I’ve gone for what? A month without reporting on the progress (at least). Well, I’ll just summarize everything here.

This is it, today we’re doing our final build for Gotland Game Conference! The past week has been very intense with hard work and long hours, but we’ve been able to finish up a lot of things. Apart from a few tweaks here and there, the graphical assets are almost completely done. Sneaky Ninja – Level Design
The last two weeks have been very stressful, lots of work have been done in order to finish up our game for the beta that was last week and the final presentation on GGC this week. I’ve worked on a lot of features, implementing GUI, creating highlights for all the items and abilities, implementing sound effects and music, as well as doing general tweaking and bug fixing.But the most fun and interesting thing I have been working on are the […]

Leaving hands behind, starting making props.
With the hands finished I started helping out making props. You can really feel the end of the project coming fast, everybody is working hard to finish things and to make the game be as good as possible. We are trying to produce as many props as we can to decorate the levels with.
I’ve made a number of props this week, to mention a few: a lamp post, a shrine, a lock for a door, crystals.

With the hands finished I started helping out making props. You can really feel the end of the project coming fast, everybody is working hard to finish things and to make the game be as good as possible. We are trying to produce as many props as we can to decorate the levels with.

Last week I focused on completing assets, making sure they had the right material, normal maps etc. After that I was tasked.. since I’m the only girl.. to make the flowers (that was a joke, or at least I hope so). Well I don’t know a thing about flowers so I did some research and made three alpha flowers in Photoshop using texture brushes and fx’s as stroke and shadow. Not a lot of detail was needed as the final […]
