Summer Portfolio Work Update (Still WIP)
Hey guys! Just wanted to throw together a quick update of the Bar scene that I have been working on. I have been feeling really well recently with Clouds Below kicking off tremendously with a bunch of views, downloads, donations and mentions on different websites. Even PCGamer! Crazy!
Anyways so here are some screenshots of what I have been doing with the scene lately. (These are all rendered with lower settings that the previous update.)

BGP Art – Creating the Level
Last week was fairly uneventful since I spent most of the time just finishing up most of the assets without any problems or hiccups.
This week though was a lot more eventful since I started to “dress the set” or “pimp the level”! So I have been taking or white boxed level, designed by Adam Wrange and started to move away from prototype stage by placing our assets in the level, playing with the lighting and trying to create a […]

Not a lot has changed since last week, regarding my work responsibilites. I have mostly been starting on new assets and finishing others.

BGP Art – First Official Week of Exploring Wind
And so it begins! Time to dust off the ol’ blog and start typin’!
For BGP I’ll be working as an environmental artist and help with the level design for the game Exploring Wind, so I have mostly been researching our art style, deciding on a workflow and starting work on assets for the game but not really implementing them since the levels are not done yet.

Getting Hired and Building (Japanese) Bridges
So a lot has happened recently and my plate is getting full quickly. Probably one of the biggest changes since last time is that I got hired!
Thanks to one of their programmers, Oliver Bolt, for recommending me to the guys over at Angry Engineers Entertainment who are currently working on the Steam Greenlight game; Centration.

Getting Hired and Building (Japanese) Bridges
So a lot has happened recently and my plate is getting full quickly. Probably one of the biggest changes since last time is that I got hired!

Another Luger Update
Our new design and 3D courses have started now, which meant that I couldn’t spend too much time on my mad mod plan. I have also joined forces with Oscar Mohlin and entered a contest organized by Polycount.com and Allegorithmic where artist are tasked with creating a “Throne Room” and a matching throne using PBR and Substance Designer and Painter. I have chosen to do some research and write about one of my favourites; Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception (2011) and how they used motion capture for some of the animations.
