Two days ago, me and my class got a guestlecture from three japanese sounddesigners and music composers. One of them presented his composed music and the programs that he use. One of these were Sonar X3, which we tested after his presentation. Japanese guestlecture

Fancy Mansion

As I’m not quite that good, I don’t have any photos, but today my group was to show our paper prototype of a game we’re designing according to the words of ”Fancy pants” and ”Clueless”… To our teacher.

Today (22/10 -14) we had our 4th meeting in order to lay a solid foundation for our pitch, and determine what we wanted to do for the next few weeks. After a rather stagnant weekend with a few members (including me) of our group having left the island to spend time with friends and family, it was time to get back on the horse and plan the next phase of our game concept.

Assignment 2 Update (week 6)

A Ciborium
The object I made for Assignment 2 is a Ciborium from the 15th – 16th century. A ciborium is a container for consecrated waffles. The container is hexagonal and each side have different religious pictures on them. The “roof” of the box have two different root textures, one with a cross pattern and one with a circular plate pattern. On top of the roof there is a cross with a crucified Jesus on it.
