Today I have been working with TTF and font. I created a font “How To Play”. When you hold your mouse pointer over it, a text will pop-up. The pop-up text describes how to play the game/ description of the game.  When you move away the mouse pointer from “How To Play” the pop-up text will disappear.

Today I have been working on SDL_Mix Volume and balancing the game. We can now set a volume value between 0-100% on both soundeffects and music. It enables us to set different volume levels for music and sound effects. We can do this by reading the value from a text file.  Example, you can put music in the value of 50% while the sound effects have a value of 30%.
To balance the game was not so easy but is quite good now.

* Enemy kill (Sound when you kill a enemy)
* New round (Sound when new round start)

Today i have been working on game music. we l have two different music clip. One for start state and one for the game state. We have also fixed so the music will replaying when it ends.

Programming Project

Today I continued working on tower placement and there are things still needed. I need to work a little with inputs and replaceing sprites
I and Andree have started to work a little with the enemy animations, it did not go quite as planned, as we didn’t get the animation to work for some reason .. , but Andree continues to work with the animation and I continue with the tower placement.

Update programming project

Back from Christmas holiday and New Year celebrations. I have not updated my work for a while and the reason is because I have been busy during the holidays with other things. But now it is time to continue the work. We have now about 2 weeks left to finish our Tower Defence game.
I and Andrée will work as much as we can this week so that we 100 % can finalize the game next week.

Back from Christmas holiday and New Year celebrations. I have not updated my work for a while and the reason is because I have been busy during the holidays with other things. But now it is time to continue the work. We have now about 2 weeks left to finish our Tower Defence game.
