Reflections of Alumni Day 2
Day 2 in the trenches.
Yesterday was the second and final day of the Alumni days which was dedicated to a Game Jam with the theme of Everyday Doom and it had to be made in Game Maker.
Not having a group and starting to get desperate, Alex, Wilhelm, Björn, a 2nd year student namned Axel and I joined forces and began working!

The Lecture and the Post-Mortem.
So, it’s finally time to reflect on a lecture! Which I promissed to do in my previous post. This will be kind of a Post-Mortem of today’s work. So here we go!
This lecture (2013-10-07) with Adam Mayes wasn’t a regular just “sit, listen and take in” lecture. We were instead surprised with a small workshop! We could choose what ever game we liked, break it down to it’s core and analys the “Core Experience” to find out what makes that […]

So the purpose of the blogs, that all of the Game Design students have started, is for the lecturers and the coordinators to follow our progress through out the course. It is also for us to practice documenting our work and to practice our typing and communicating to ensure that communication with future coworkes goes smoothly.
